He is a founding partner and President of our firm. Throughout his career, he has excelled by successfully representing his clients through complicated litigation, across matters relating to Civil Law, Commercial Law, Finance Law, and Administrative Law, as well as through all kinds of appeals, commercial arbitration (both at a national and international level), and other processes and techniques for Alternative dispute resolution.
Additionally, he is the legal representative of a vast array of businesses and individuals, whom he provides both with legal defense before Mexican courts, and with advice in complicated legal matters, in order to avoid any future liability. Additionally, due to his skills, he usually plays a very important role in the negotiations and commercial transactions that are carried out by his clients, as he has proven himself capable of obtaining for them highly beneficial arrangements. Furthermore, he is a member of the Mexican Bar Association and of the Monterrey Bar Association.
