He is a partner at our firm and one of our directors on matters relating to Corporate Law. As part of his specialization in Corporate Law, he has provided several companies from different business sectors with legal counseling for their constitution, corporate structure, legal maintenance and due diligence.

He has participated in several national and international transactions, assisting in the review, negotiation, structuring and elaboration of the necessary contracts. Additionally, he has provided legal counseling to several clients (whether they be companies or individuals), for the protection of their intellectual property, the formation of their franchise business structure and the licensing of their trademarks. Among several other business sectors in which he operates, he currently assists several talent representation agencies (themselves represents musicians, artists and influencers).
