He is a partner at our firm and one of our directors on matters relating to Property Law. He has specialized in Trust Law for more than 10 years, particularly on Investment Funds and Real Estate Developments, as well all kinds of guarantees and payment sources. His areas of expertise encompass Civil Law, Tax Law, Property Law, Financial Law and Corporate Law, with a strong focus on the implementation and administration of Trusts.

He graduated with a Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon and he has a Master’s degree in Corporate law from the University of Monterrey. Thought his professional practice he has excelled due to his involvement in several Trusts, across various states in Mexico, assuming full control and administration of said Trusts.
