His practice focuses on the design and implementation of legal structures for financing, investment, and real estate development.

Before joining Treviño & Mendoza, he gained experience in both law firms and financial institutions, as well as public companies, participating in financing transactions, asset securitization, real estate development, and corporate operations. He has also been directly involved in private placements, structured financing, and wealth strategy design.

In addition to his legal career, he worked in the financial sector, holding positions in corporate and business banking, where he was responsible for the promotion and structuring of derivative financial products. This experience allows him to deeply understand business dynamics and provide legal solutions aligned with commercial objectives.
