He is a founding partner at our firm one of our directors on matters relating to Litigation. From the beginning of his career, he has focused on complicated and relevant judicial procedures and on representing his clients’ interests in a satisfactory way. He has represented several credit and financial institutions, such as insurance companies and multi-purpose financial companies, before several judicial and administrative authorities.

Additionally, he is experienced in processes related to international arbitration before the Internal Chamber of Commerce, and he has provided several of his clients with all kinds of legal counseling in the restructuring of their contracts and legal documents, always seeking to prevent them from falling into any future liability and to guarantee the payments of their credits.
